7 easy steps to your participation in MATTEX

1. Registration

For registration please print and fill in the enclosed registration form and fax to +43 1 230 85 35 50. The organiser will contact you immediately upon receipt of your registration. If you would like to discuss your participation please contact .

2. Stand construction

Please send us your requirements for standard or individual stand. We will send you a sketch of your stand or jointly develop the best design for you.

3. Catalogue entry

Catalogue entry in our exhibition catalogue is obligatory. Fill in the enclosed order form and return by fax to +43 1 230 85 35 50. If we do not receive your catalogue entry before the deadline we will print the information from your registration form.

Additional entry, logo or advertisement in the catalogue can be ordered separately on the respective order form.

4. Badges, Invitations and Car Parking

Exhibitor badges

Exhibitor badges are valid for the entire duration of the exhibition.

You will receive the badges at your check-in at the Euroexpo service bureau in the exhibition hall.

The badges are blank, i.e. without the delegates’ names. You can fill them in yourself.

Complimentary badges are included in your stand. The number depends on the size of your stand.

Additional badges can be ordered separately before the trade fair.

Invitations

Invitations are valid for one entry.

We will send you the invitations by mail. If you want them delivered to an address differing from your registration address please fill it in on the relevant order form.

Free invitations for your partners and customers are included. The number depends on the size of your stand.

Additional invitations can be ordered separately.

Car Parking
If you need car parking on the exhibition ground please order a car-parking pass on the enclosed order form.

5. Freight forwarding

Please make sure to start in time with transport preparations, as transportation and customs clearance for Russia require more time and budget than for most other European destinations.

Every participant is free to conclude a transport agreement with any hauling agency for transport of goods to the exhibition grounds. However, to ensure the best possible coordination at the exhibition venue, DHL Freight has been appointed single hauling and logistics agency and entrusted with the sole responsibility for onsite handling and customs clearance of all exhibition goods entering the Russian Federation.

6. Visa and Accommodation

Please note that all foreign travellers to Russia need a valid business or tourist visa. In order to obtain a visa you need an invitation from a company or a travel agency. See Travel Information.

7. Other Services

Stand cleaning

Stand cleaning is not included in the rental cost. If you need stand cleaning please order on relevant form.

Interpreters

If you do not have Russian speaking staff we recommend an interpreter or hostess who speaks Russian. Please contact us if you need more information.
